  • Ryan Maclean

    Ryan Maclean

    I have been working in the fitness industry for 8 years, most recently as an RAF Physical Training Instructor. Before starting ALATOR, I spent around 3 years as an online personal trainer, helping people of all fitness levels achieve their goals. I specialize in Functional Fitness, Weight and Resistance Training, and Military Build-Up Training. As a keen swimmer and qualified swimming instructor, I'm also available to create training programs for swimming competitions or events.

    Jacob Sellars

    I have been in the fitness industry for nine years, with over tive years of experience in personal training, helping people become stronger, fitter, better educated, and more confident. I've led hundreds of large fitness classes and worked with countless clients to achieve their goals. After gaining valuable experience at my local leisure centre, I moved to Glasgow to train at a private members' club, working with a diverse range of people. I pride myself on the rapport I build with my clients and always find a way to bring out the best in them. I enjoy the challenge of working with new clients and tackling new goals, although I specialise more in resistance training and running programming, as that is how I like to train myself.
